Four Week Beginner Class

During this course you will be introduced to the basic principles and concepts of 5 Element Chi Kung which uses static and moving exercises/meditations to open and relax the muscles and joints to allow greater Chi flow through the meridians.
Initial benefits of Chi Kung are improved posture, breathing, relaxation, sleep patterns, digestion and body awareness.
